The Construction Superintendent has the following responsibilities:

1.  Complete mobilization

2.  Maintain quality workmanship

3.  Maintain safety requirements

4.  Maintain project schedule

5.  Establish good working relationships with the owner, architect and subcontractors

6.  Coordinate subcontractor’s activities

7.  Supervise / coordinate employee’s activities

8.  Job documentation

9.  Project close out
